Project Description
For this project, we have completely reconfigured an existing drilling rig into a more modern, powerful, and user-friendly version. The installation no longer met current requirements, necessitating improvements in both capacity and safety. We have adapted the structure, integrated new hydraulic and mechanical components, and upgraded the control system to a more efficient and precise setup. During the refurbishment, wear-sensitive parts were replaced, stability was increased, and the machine was recalibrated for optimal performance. Following completion, an extensive testing phase took place, preparing the renewed drilling rig for intensive use on-site once more.
