Project Description
For this project, we have completely refurbished a Caterpillar excavator frame and made it ready for use again. The existing stop blades were worn and have therefore been replaced with new, wear-resistant ones. In addition, the worn holes were precisely bored to restore the original fit. Finally, we manufactured new pins and fitted them to the repaired frame. After assembly and inspection, the entire unit now works smoothly, strongly, and with the correct tolerances, ready for intensive daily use.
