Precision stainless steel welding

TIG welding

TIG welding, or Tungsten Inert Gas welding, is a welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to heat and melt stainless steel. This process is known for its precision and high quality, making it ideal for welding thin materials and for applications where a tight, neat weld seam is required. This allows for very fine and detailed welds to be made, which is especially important in sectors such as aerospace, the chemical industry, and the food industry. The process is relatively slow, but the high quality and durability of the welds make it a widely used method.

MIG/MAG welding

At Mantrec, we specialise in MIG/MAG welding of stainless steel, a technique renowned for its speed, efficiency, and reliable results. During this process, our welders use a continuously fed welding wire and shielding gas to prevent oxidation and create a strong, clean joint. The difference between MIG and MAG lies in the type of gas: inert for MIG, active for MAG. Depending on the material and thickness, our specialists choose the optimal method. Thanks to our experience and precision, we deliver high-quality solutions that meet the strictest requirements across all industries.

From design to final product

Mantrec is capable of delivering even the most complex projects. We work with a specialised team on innovative solutions for intricate issues. To ensure we achieve the maximum from your project, we always work with a structured plan. This allows us to work very efficiently, keep costs under control, and minimise risks. Machine development never stands still. As a specialised machine builder, we focus on designing, adapting, and building machines that improve your production process. We can accelerate and simplify labour-intensive processes within your organisation. The development of your desired machine or product is a complex process. We ensure that every detail aligns with your wishes. Therefore, we plan out the final product in a 3D drawing during the preliminary stages.
