Here you can see how Mantrec B.V. in Belgium on-site overhaul and maintenance work carried out on screens and cranes in the heavy mining industry.
For this project, our team drove to the location with the mobile workshop truck. This provides us with tools, equipment, and welding and machining capabilities on-site, allowing repairs and overhauls to be carried out directly at the installation. As a result, transporting components to the workshop is often unnecessary, significantly limiting installation downtime, which is important in an environment where production losses escalate quickly.
The screening machines and cranes have been inspected, dismantled where necessary, refurbished and rebuilt, aligned and tested. Our experience with heavily loaded installations in the mining and quarrying industry allowed us to react quickly to deviations that came to light during dismantling.
