Engineering, production and installation of bespoke dust covers for industrial shredders
For an industrial recycling plant Mantrec B.V. a complete process provided concerning the development and installation of a Custom dust cover for a shredder installation.
The project started with the 3D scanning of the existing shredder plant. Through an accurate 3D scan, we were able to digitally map the entire environment. Based on this scan, our engineering team has created a 3D models and technical drawings developed for a perfectly fitting dust cap construction.
Following the engineering phase, Mantrec also has the production of the steel structure well-maintained. The dust cover is designed to effectively limit dust and material dispersal while maintaining optimal accessibility and maintenance possibilities.
