Project Description
For this project, we have a Bespoke pump skid with integrated base frame fully developed, produced, and constructed. The installation is designed for robust and reliable operation within an industrial environment, with accuracy, strength, and ease of maintenance being paramount.
Our engineering team has started to develop the complete 3D-ontwerp, where all components – from piping systems to fittings and pump arrangements – are optimally positioned on the frame. Taking into account load, vibration, thermal expansion and access for maintenance.
The base frame has been structurally calculated for a stable and durable foundation to guarantee you this, even under dynamic load from the pumps. Subsequently, the pipework and supports have been precisely engineered to minimise stresses and deformations.
After the engineering phase, we have produced and assembled the complete skid, including the prefabrication of pipework, installation of valves, pumps and instrumentation. All components have been carefully aligned and checked, ensuring the installation is ready for immediate deployment.
The result is a Compact, efficient and fully integrated solution, whilst installation and assembly time on site is greatly reduced and maximum reliability is ensured.
